Midas Edge provides portfolio analytics tools including:

• Factor exposure analysis using a Barra USE4-style model
• Institutional holder tracking (Holder IQ)
• Insider trading signal monitoring
• Risk-based attention queue and alerts
• Portfolio visualization and reporting

3. Not Financial Advice

The information provided through our Service is for educational and informational purposes only. It should not be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.

Past performance does not guarantee future results. Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal.

4. User Accounts

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Not share your account with others

5. Subscription and Billing

5.1 Plans and Pricing

We offer Free, Pro, and Premium subscription plans. Current pricing is available on our website. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

5.2 Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

By connecting your brokerage account, you authorize us to access your portfolio data through Plaid for the purpose of providing our analytics services.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Midas Edge and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Scrape, data mine, or extract data systematically
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Resell or redistribute our data or analysis

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data, analysis, or information provided through the Service. Data may be delayed, inaccurate, or incomplete.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MIDAS EDGE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
